Apartment is shared with me (tech) and gf(dancer) who share a room downstairs and 3rd roommate who occupies smaller room downstairs and our special needs dog. We can only consider a new roommate w a dog that he gets along with, non-neutered dogs cannot be considered unfortunately.

Apartment is an open living space and good size kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel oven, etc). Cleaning lady every two weeks. Full upstairs bathroom and half bath with bidet downstairs, in-apartment bicycle storage hook (downstairs) and private coin op laundry room access door. Outdoor private patio area with, ample seating and fire pit type table. Living room has a big 65" screen TV, surround sound system, cable, wifi xbox, AppleTV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.

Very convenient location, 3 blocks from express train 1-2-3 subway 72nd st station and one block from Fairway, bars, restaurants, and literally 73 steps to Riverside Park.
