Looking for a subletter until 5/16

Great 2 bedroom, one bath garden unit near western and fullerton. One bedroom available for a subletter. Lease is up 5/16, but a very strong probability of continuing it for at least another year. Pls me at if interested. I don't want to pay for this service when is free!

I've been in this place for 1.5 yrs. My roommate decided to move in with his girlfriend and we're looking for someone to take over his part of the lease. This is a garden unit. Considering location and rent, this place is extremely decent. Bedrooms are good sized. I have a double bed, large dresser, and large desk in my room comfortably. He had a queen bed and medium dresser in his comfortably. Closets are a great size. Kitchen recently renovated with new floors, granite counter tops, and no-slam cabinets. Living room and bedrooms have hardwood floors. Living room had my roommate's furniture, so if you don't have any living room furniture, I will be slowly accumulating stuff to make it habitable. I've already gotten a 48" smart TV. I have hulu, will probably be getting netflix, so if you have HBO GO, we'd be set! We only use internet, no cable in the house. so if you really want cable, that's on you to cover that bill. There is a small outside sitting area behind the house. Free storage in the attic and laundry in attic for $1 a pop. Very decent upstairs neighbor with a dog. I've never been bothered by noise from upstairs.
