Master bedroom in Baldwin Park

I love my apartment in Baldwin Park. In my opinion its the best neighborhood in Orlando. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 roommates. We each have our own bathroom and large walk-in closet. There is plenty of storage space, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a good size balcony. The apartment has off-street parking, a decent gym, and a nice pool.

I’m in my late s, I grew up in NY and moved to Orlando 4 years ago. I work a lot and I travel for work a decent amount as well. I just want someone kind and considerate who will keep the common areas clean (especially the kitchen) and respect normal sleeping hours. Guests are fine at times if not excessive. I would prefer someone in the yo range, and absolutely no couples, kids, or cats.
