What I’m looking for

I'm looking for a roommate to share a very spacious dual masters 2 bdrm./2 bath apartment in a beautiful luxurious complex. Move-in date will be first week in January 2016. Your share will be about $1380 plus equal parts utilities and a $500 security deposit. Exactly! That price is CRAZY LOW considering everything you'll be getting; you simply won't find a better deal anywhere else! Seriously!

The apartment

The apartment has a cool looking hardwood floor throughout, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in the unit, fireplace, wine/beverage cooler, and internet access with 100 mbps downloading speeds. The bedroom is a very nice spacious room with a big walk-in closet, your own big private bathroom with double sinks. You also have direct access to the balcony which is shared to the whole apartment.

The location is right across from South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, which is considered one of the best and most prestigious areas in Orange county. You’ll never get bored living here. You can spend hours enjoying all the amenities available to residents or simply walk to the mall or to the tons of other shops and restaurants in the area.
