Hey there! I'm subleasing my apartment for Spring (January–July). It's at the Meridian on East College Avenue, just a few minutes of walk from campus.
This is a two-bedroom unit, and the room available is the larger one. Rent is $/month, but I’m open to negotiating a discount. Utilities and fast WiFi are included, plus there are free laundry units in the complex. Parking is also available.
The complex is clean and quiet, and the landlord's office is super helpful.

About the Room:
It’s private, with its own bathroom and a walk-in closet.

Comes furnished with:
A bedframe and mattress.
Two multi-lamp stands.
A desk and office chair.

Shared Spaces:
Kitchen: Includes an oven, stove, large fridge, and microwave.
Living Room: Spacious with couches and a TV.
Shared Spaces are shared with a male roommate.
