My roommate and I are looking to sublease our bathroom apartment at Stetson Square for Summer . Rent is $ per person plus utilities. Great location - Stetson Square is miles from UC Main Campus ( minute walk) and miles from Medical Campus (5 minute walk) plus there is a free shuttle service offered. Hardwood in main living area/kitchen and carpeted bedrooms. Walkout porch from living room area. Bedrooms are same size, bedroom 1 had a walk-in closet and bathroom attached. Bedroom 2 has closet and detached bathroom. Washer/Dryer included! Kitchen amenities include fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Residents have gym access/outdoor pool access/movie theater access/study room access/Complimentary coffee bar access included. Parking is optional (parking pass required - monthly parking fee) but street parking is available.
