Hi! I recently moved out of a home with 3 other girls and the girl who was supposed to take my lease backed out at the last minute, so we have a room available immediately! It's on the South Hill in spokane, 4br 2BA. You would have the master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and share the bathroom with oner other girl. Everyone is 23-24 and either a student and/or working. The house itself is pretty large, with wood floors in the living area and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. There is a deck out back, as well as a fenced in yard. My old roommate does have a small dog who barks a lot at new people, but she's very sweet and mostly stays downstairs. Rent is $325, utilities are about $80 on top of that. My roommates are very laid-back. They work most of the time, and when they're home just hangout in their rooms/sometimes in the living area. Boyfriends are welcome, and drinking is fine as long as you aren't having constant parties!
