Looking for urgent subleaser

Hi everyone I am a current PA student at case and I am currently looking for a female subleaser to take over my lease at foundry lofts that goes from January until August . The only reason I am moving out is because I ended up moving in with my boyfriend. Rent would be $ a month and parking is $ a month right outside the apartment. The apartment is bathroom shared with another female PA student. You would get your own private room. I’m sure the lease could also be renewed at the end if you’d like! It is close to the HEC, CCF main, Metro, and UH. There’s an onsite gym, RTA close by and they are pet friendly!
