Master Bedroom AVAIL early January

Description

The house is located on a quiet street in NE Park Hill where all of the neighbors are friendly and helpful. It's close to I-70, City Park, Denver Zoo, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Stapleton shopping, and a quick trip to Downtown.

About the house:
3 bedrooms - I will have the two smaller rooms and am renting out the large master. All common areas are shared including the one bathroom. Kitchen with eat in dining. Living room and den.

About the living situation:
You would be sharing the house with me. I'm a female elementary school teacher with one friendly male cat named Grant (no additional pets, please). *Priority preference given to teachers and early risers!!!!

Cleanliness is important. I'm not an extreme neat freak, but do like to keep the common spaces tidy. I need a housemate who takes the initiative to clean up after themselves as well as contribute to the housekeeping chores without being asked. Recycling and composting are a part of the household as well. If the Container Store makes you weak in the knees..we'll probably get along just fine! :)

Occasional drinker but not a "partier." No smoking or drugs at all (this includes pot). Asking for the same in a housemate.
