Room is very large, 18x14, but it doesn't have a closet or a door. It easily becomes private with putting a curtain in the doorway. We are respectful and will not enter room without your permission. Rent is $325 plus 1/4 of utilities (wifi, PG&E, water, pest control). $200 security deposit can be split into two payments the first two months. Must apply to our rental agency and be approved before moving in, application fee $35. The house is clean and in a great location for Fresno State students. The current residents are students or recently graduated. 1 boy and two girls. You would be sharing the bathroom with one boy and one girl. The house is pretty much furnished, it's okay if you have more. If you are a smoker keep it outside. Must be pet friendly. No other pets. Drugs will not be tolerated.
