Description

The Private Room (s) are between sq ft. in size, with varying prices to accommodate almost any income level. This is a nice home that is totally renovated.

The shared bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are professionally cleaned weekly. We make sure the house is always clean for our residents.

We allow quiet dogs, cats, etc.

The most economical room is priced as follows.

SINGLE OCCUPANT= $/mo in room fees plus $/mo in utilities or $/mo all inclusive (based on one year occupancy minimum).

COUPLES= $/mo in room fees plus $/mo in utilities or $ a month all inclusive (based on one year occupancy minimum)

OCCUPANT(S) with approved pets add $/mo for each pet (3 maximum)

If occupants desire to stay less than one year, the least amount of time we will allow is four months. For any period of time less than one year please add $ per month in your calculations. we require the equivalent of whatever your monthly fee is as a security deposit.
