A great apartment in old town (thomas/68th) -near echo coffee. I am moving to Seattle for a new job and need someone to take over my lease. I will be moved out by the 12/21. You can move in anytime from 12/21-12/30.

I have lived in the dale for over 4 years and this is by far my favorite apartment for the cost! Feels like home and is not your standard AZ place.
