Plus the buildings features great amenities like a gym, lounge and a pool available for tenants to use in the gated communities. I’m open to sharing food and groceries. Please note the rate very slightly based on utilities and could be between $. Just a heads up, I have a cat, so consider this if you have any pet allergies.
