Hi, my name is Jordan Staggs & I am a sophomore at UCO! I currently live in Bryant Place with three of my closest friends. Unfortunately, I will be moving out this December, due to other obligations that I have previously promised. I am needing someone to move in and take my place when this fall semester is over.
The girls I live with are super friendly, but we are all very busy so the apartment stays really quiet. Two of the girls are sophomores & the other is a freshman. They are extremely sweet girls. You will have your own bedroom & bathroom. It is already furnished with a couch, (they have a TV), chairs, coffee table, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, & washer machine. It also has a balcony. The best part about this apartment is the location! It is only about 2-3 blocks away from campus, so it only takes you less than 5 minutes to get to class. The apartment also comes with a pool, hot tub, workout room, tanning beds, & computer / printing rooms. My lease, that you will be taking over, will last until June.
