Looking for Feb Onward

I just made a comittment for Dec & Jan. Would have liked a longer term, but the home-owner wants to rent out the whole house after that. Background and credit check all good. North or NE Scottsdale appeal to me most. My current room-mate keeps to himself, is unpretentious, neat, is away from the home often, and avoids small-talk and chatter, just like me. Perfect. I do not watch television, not interested in "hanging" with anyone, nor am I intetested in households with dogs.
