Furnished private room with windows! See photos! Take over my room for December or January or both. $950 per month plus deposit. Some of my stuff will remain in the room but you'll have the dresser for your clothes and room for your things. I am in Hawaii with my baby!

Deposit will depend on cleaning agreement and how long you stay

Share a beautiful loft! There are other roommates and airbnb guests 2 roommates and 2 airbnb guests as well. Zoob is holding it down, bboy, improv comedy actor, visual artist, yogi and maintains the space for airbnb guests. Alex is a girl and works a lot, pretty chill and low key, usually gone, works for a non-profit. Shafiq is from airbnb, from Texas, plays music and has a computer tech job and studies which keeps him busy usually not home. Other roomie/guest is almost confirmed. You have the only private room. It's not a party house but plenty of social life in the building, friendly neighbors and a few cool spots near by.

Only 20 min from the city we are located a block and a half from the Halsey L train stop
8 blocks from the M train
Laundry facilities in the building and across the street
Cleaning agreement keeps things simple
looking for good communicators and non-smoker
Bed is a full size/queen futon
some stuff in the photos on the wall with the 3 images won't be there and there will be room to hang your clothes
space for dance yoga or fitness practice
13 ft high ceilings in the open living space
