Master bedroom $675 in S Charlotte

I'm currently renting a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment and looking for a roommate in Ayrsley apartments which are right off 485 and S Tryon. Male or female it does not matter as long as you are a clean, laid back person who can pay their rent on time. It is a 10 month lease but am willing to do month to month. You would have the master bedroom with a large closet. It would be me (male, 32) and my great dane, so you would have to be okay with a big dog. No other pets. The rent would be 675 plus water and electricity, so around 750 ish. Internet, cable, washer/dryer are included. You would have to bring your own furniture.
