I am subletting my room. It's the biggest one in the house and had a private bathroom.
The house has two floors with another half-bath downstairs. The kitchen is very big and the whole house is fully furnished (including the room); even has a big screen tv in the living room.
You would have two roommates; one is a law student and the other one is a PhD student.
There is a Walmart very close by.
Everything is included except the electricity, which is split among the three tenants.
Parking is available in front of the house.
