I have 1 bedroom available soon for short-term or long-term rental. The house is 1650 sq ft on the south side of Durham. Located in a small wooded neighborhood 1 mile off I40 near Southpoint Mall in Durham it's convenient to just about everywhere. House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cape cod built in '85. I think of it as a cabin in the woods. The entire half acre lot is trees and vines with a large deck off the back of the house and a fire pit. I don't smoke and I don't have pets. Let me know if this sounds like a good fit and we'll start a conversation. Pretty flexible regarding length of stay. Rent is $550/month plus utilities.

About me: I'm an easy-going 31 year old male working in the renewable energy industry. I lived in Kenya a few years ago teaching beekeeping and really love to travel. I love being outdoors - camping, hiking, playing sports. Also a hobbyist photographer.
