- Garage (some storage space available in garage)
- Small backyard
- Garbage and Water/Sewage included in monthly rent
- Looking for $900/month but if we find a good fit, that price is flexible
- Depending on the dog, the no pets thing may be flexible too (No Cats)
- Washer/Dryer in unit
- Dishwasher/Electric Stove/Garbage Disposal/Refrigerator/Gas Fireplace in unit
- Looking for someone to commit to at least a 1 yr lease

A little bit about me (the roommate):
I'm a single 22 yr old female, a student at Northwest University in Kirkland (trying to get into Nursing School) and a nanny to two awesome girls on Mercer Island. I'm an auntie to a precious baby boy, piano player, avid boater on lake washington, snowboarder (when I can get up to the pass), horseback rider, country music lover, wine lover, not a partier, and a very old soul. I have an extremely bubbly personality and am a total people person.
