Need Roommate in a new 2B 2B apt

Looking for a cool roommate to sublet my 2b2b apartment beginning in January 2016. I have to relocate for work and my twin brother and I just signed a 14 month lease last month at an awesome apartment complex minutes from plaza midwood and downtown charlotte. The place has hardwood floors and granite counter tops. The room is big with a huge walk in closet and a double vanity bathroom with a standing shower and a bathtub. The complex has a gym, pool, and common areas. Parking is included with rent. Rent is 1864 for the apartment, so it will cost roughly 900-1000/ month. But I am more than willing to work something out.

***Looking for a chill young professional who has a good job and doesnt mind grabbing a beer and watching football on the weekends. Furniture is not included, but wanted to give you an idea of what the place looks like. Let me know
