Looking for 3rd roommate

My Roommate and I are looking for a third female to live with us. We live in a duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Rent is $950 plus utilities. The place is already furnished and is move in ready. All you have to do is move into the 3rd bedroom and make it your own.
Unfortunately, no pets are aloud due to allergies.
Also we'd prefer no children.

New furnace, washer/dry unit, and upstairs carpeting.

Both of us are in our early 20's. I am a Cleveland Chiropractic student and my roommate is in the workforce as a massage therapist. We are looking for someone who is clean and contributes to keeping the duplex in order
