Room for Rent

Looking for a roommate for my 4 Bedroom house 10 minutes from U of L and on the bus line. There is one room available up stairs. There are two bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. 2 bedrooms per bathroom. Both have a full bath. There is also washer and dryer in basement. Front porch and back yard with parking available in front of house on street or in the back with alley access. It is myself with my kids who are only here every other weekend and two days a week. We have no pets but maybe pet friendly. It's a lot of in the house and you would be more than welcome to all of the common areas in the house. Month to month is available.
