I am looking for a professional gay-friendly male between 20 -60 years old to share my condo with. The building is not quite a year old and the complex consists of four buildings with a liquor store, smoke shop, dentist, Anytime Fitness, Day Care, Chocolate store and lots more to come. Powered parking stalls are available outside on a first come first serve basis. The condo is located in walking distance to all major banks, doctor's offices, two major grocery stores, Staples, Movie Theather, several Starbucks, Waves, and Good Earth. GoodLife fitness is also in walking distance. In addition there are several lively bars and restaurants also just a short walk away.
The rent per month is $800 plus 50% of Cable, Internet, Phone service, and Epcor. Heat and water are included. I will also require a damage deposit in the amount of $800. The room for rent is considered the master bedroom and has a bathroom directly accessible from the room. As this is a very modern building it does not have built-in closets but rather floor to ceiling wardrobes that have a shelf on the bottom, a rod for hanging, and a shelf above that. I am amazed how much these wardrobes hold. These wardrobes are not fixed but can be moved around the room as you wish. I have attached a floor plan to the pictures section. The two bedrooms are separated by the common living area (Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room) The room is currently unfurnished but could be furnished for an additional $100/month. We have washer and dryer inside our unit. I usually keep a clean and quiet home and am looking for someone that appreciates the same kind of lifestyle.
