A room for rent

Hi ,
I have a room available for rent after Nov. 15. The room has a big window looking at the back yard, a walk-in closet and is about 104 sqt. You have your own room. You share the kitchen, bathroom and living room with a female student.
It costs $ 650/ month and includes utilities and wifi. We only allows you to wash clothes one load a week.
No smoking, pets, any kind of illegal drugs, party and drama.
