I have two options available if you'd be interested:

1) a room with a shared bathroom for $550 plus 1/3 of the utilities

2) a master bedroom with larger closet with private bath for $750 plus 1/3 of utilities.

Basically I am traveling a lot for work and don't want to rent out the entire house because I'll still come back to visit my family who lives in the area. The house is new construction and I've lived in it since in completion in February. I have 1 roommate right now who's happy there for the interim and another there for the month of November (he's very flexible and may end up just staying in my room until the holidays if I find a good tenant long term).
