Description

I have a two bedroom 2.5 bathroom house, each bedroom has a private bathroom within, washer/dryer in between the bedrooms. Half bath downstairs. One car garage I use for storage/work space/motorcycles. Screened porch that opens to the yard and the greenway trail and the Neuse river, literally have the greenway trail in the back yard. Gas fireplace. It's just my dog and I, rent would be $500 each and split utilities which I'm conscientious about keeping low and affordable.

It's in Hedingham so rent includes free golf, two Olympic pools in season, and a gym.

I'm 34 work at Wakemed hospital, gamer(ps4), have some drinks and go out occasionally not too much, ride motorcycle, bike and hike, read books, watch Netflix, cook occasionally and don't mind sharing when I do. Just looking for a really reliable relaxed person to share space with.
