The downstairs has wood floors and the kitchen has granite counter tops. I can send pics if requested. . Upstairs 3 bedrooms. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom as well as a 2nd room that you can use as a den/office. Very ideal for a grad student. The rooms are furnished however the furniture could be stored and you could use your own. Utilities and basic cable are included.
