My 1 bed, 1 bath apartment in the Lake Club at Polaris apartments is available at the middle of the month. I pay 665, regular rent is 730 or higher. Rent is paid for November and you don't need a deposit, just a 25 dollar application fee, pass a background check, and make 3 times the rent monthly. My lease is until the end of July 2016 and you have the option of continuing it month to month. The apartment is clean and damage free and I will clean it prior to your move in. There are full sized washer/dryer hookups. The machines come with me unless you make a really good offer on them.
