Looking for a room that's 400-550 ft. I have all of my own furniture so it doesn't have to be furnished, but if it is, I'll accommodate. I would like to remain in the Bridgeport, UIC, Bronzeville, Pilsen, and Hyde Park areas. In unit laundry is a plus but not required. As long as the people are working professionals and/or students in addition to being decent human beings, I open to male or female roommates.
