Lovely room for rent

Description

My name is Taylor and I am a nurse for St. Luke's. I will have a room available in my house on December 2nd or earlier depending on how fast the current tenant leaves. The room is 12' by 10.8' and has a very big close that runs the length of the room. The room is not furnished, but as you can see there is plenty of space as the bed pictured is a king size bed. Personal bathroom that is shared with someone who is rarely home. I am 21 and very responsible. I take care of all the household cleaning(you do your own dishes :)) and I make sure all the bills are paid. Currently I have a male roommate who is home maybe 3 nights a week and gone all day, and my boyfriend who is gone all day as well. We are all super friendly and respectful. I work an 8-5 work week and all day Saturday. Rent will be $334 plus utilities. However, I can not guarantee my boyfriend will always be around so there is a possibility that rent could be $400(I would pay more for having master) plus utilities. Rent upon move in will be $334 and utilities will be due at the end of the month. Our utilities are low as the house is extremely efficient. Utilities are usually $50-$75 a month including wifi. No pets allowed, no smoking, and no parties at the house. Looking for a mature and accountable roommate and friend.
