HOUSE INCLUDES: washer and dryer, full size kitchen with granite counter tops, walk-in pantry, balcony, large flat screen T.V., living room furniture, bonus space, 2 large garages, guest bathroom on first floor, spare hallway closets, hardwood floors on first floor.

NEIGHBORHOOD INCLUDES: Pretty much anything you can think of and more. See Aspen for list of amenities.

UTILITIES - paid through Simple Bills (very easy) Bill is spit up among the 5 roommates equally. Usually $30-$40 per month per person.
