Room for rent in safe neighborhood

Description

For rent: a room in a nice house in a great neighborhood. The house is down the street from the new Wellington community park which has a bunch of stuff to do including baseball fields, batting cage, tennis courts, running paths, a dog park and other features. The bedroom is located across the hall from a full bathroom which will be shared with one other person and will also be the guest bath for any visitors. High speed internet and cable are included in the rent. You will be responsible for a third of the utilities which I am estimating will be about $75/month give or take depending on usage.

The common areas in the house are fully furnished and will be available for you to use anytime. The living room has couches, a sitting area and a big TV that is great for watching TV, movies, gaming, and watching sports. There is also a dining room with a large table and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, nice fridge and dishwasher, all I ask is that you clean up after yourself. The cookware is stainless steel so if you don't know how to use it, it might be best to pick up a set of non stick cookware. You will also get a section of the walk in pantry so you will have plenty of room to store cooking ingredients and whatnot.

Also, the house has a nice size front and backyard. The front yard has a couple flower beds if you like to garden. The back yard has four big irrigated flower beds that you can use to grow flowers or veggies and there is a fire pit on the back porch. If you like to garden, this is a great place for you.

A little about Wellington: The community has a small strip of businesses that include some food, bars, and is surrounded by rural area so it is an easy drive to Fort Collins through a back country highway with scenic views of the mountains and local lakes. The drive to Fort Collins is about 15 mins and it is about 30-40 mins from Cheyenne.
