The room is $900 (including utilities). The room has a private bathroom. I would prefer to have it rented furnished but I can be flexible on this. I have a small dog that is very well behaved (and adorable). Dogs would be allowed on a case by case basis. No cats.
Looking for a fun, easy going person for a roommate - professional woman between 28-40 preferred!
