Very Nice House to Share

Description coming soonI am looking for a housemate to share a 3br/1.5 bath house located in Burlington. There are two bedrooms available. One has a walk-in closet and the other also has plenty closet space. Both have new carpet, windows and paint--it was remodeled recently. It's in a convenient location in a nice neighborhood. There is a large living room with gas fireplace and a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. It has a small yard and private driveway for off-street parking. Plenty of other storage in basement also. It is located on the north side of town and is not far from US 61 or 34. I'm looking for someone respectful and willing to assist with some housework/cleaning duties. You must be willing to submit to a background check and a credit check.

The rent for one bedroom would be $500/month + utilities. Deposit and first month's rent are required before move in. Besides the power, gas and water, I have high-speed cable internet with netflix, hulu and amazon prime to share on the downstairs TV but no cable package or landline. Pets may be possible but require a separate deposit and $15/month extra.

The rooms and common areas have been thoroughly cleaned and it is ready to move in immediately.
