Bedroom for rent in a very confi, nice and clean house to share with a female. Room is furnished and all brand new remodeled bath ( new shower, sink and toilet ) , laminated floor , High definition TV with Directv service, fast wireless internet service , kitchen access, washer/dryer and parking spot. House is located by Lauderdale Isles in Fort Lauderdale, if you don't know the area it or put it on your GPS and drive it around ( you will like the area after you do that instead of having first thoughts ). House is less than 10 minutes away from Nova University, and hard Rock Hotel and min away from Downtown Fort Lauderdale, very close to all major highways ( 595, Turnpike and I-95 )
Conditions are first month and $500 of security deposit in advance and 1/3 of electricity bill. No smoker, no drugs and no allergic to cats ( there's a cat in the house ). Guys no special friends/FWB or GFriends sleeping over, the price and room is just for one person so please if that is your plan just look for another add.
