Spacious town home!

Description

My fiance and I are moving out of state at the end of December or early January and need to find someone to sublet our town home. This town home is 1200 square feet, pet friendly, has washer and dryer connections, and has a back porch. It is also an end unit so instead of being in between two units, you'll only be next to one which is great.

The neighborhood is extremely quiet and family oriented but a few college students live here as well. Speaking of which, the town home is located only 10 minutes from South Alabama's campus. It is also just off of Airport Blvd and just less than two minutes from the mall, Walmart, and Target.

The town home is conveniently located in the Yester Oaks neighborhood as well. It has a pool, dog park, and mailboxes all right behind it. Our move out date is up in the air at the moment but we know it will be either the end of December or the very first week of January.
