Room for Rent In NODA

I just bought a house in NODA. It's a couple blocks from the bars and restaurants on North Davidson St - 10 min walk. 2.5 miles to uptown. It's a 3 bedroom with a huge loft upstairs so I was thinking of getting a roommate to help with with the mortgage. I move in mid December and would be looking to rent out a room in January. I have a 8 month old dog, Scarlett, who's half poodle and doesn't shed although she sometimes barks when she see's other dogs, (we're working on it). A little about me I'm 36, I recently moved out here from San Francisco. I play soccer on Wednesday's and have a few friends in the neighborhood. I'm looking to do the NODA stuff, maybe the brewery running club or softball team. Scarlett and I are big Bronco fans. I'm thinking of renting a room out for $750/mo with a 6 month lease to see how it goes. Split utilities/cable/internet. You'd have your own bathroom and free run of everything. I was thinking the loft upstairs could be an adult play area, big TV/darts/beer fridge maybe? And maybe the other room could be a spare bedroom.
