Beautiful, designer-furnished home overlooking the Back Bay Nature Conservancy has guest bedroom to rent. The room is large and comes with french doors that open up to a spacious patio and reclining chair. The room and patio overlook the Back Bay and adjacent nature trail - lots of beautiful natural light, and curtains to close it out if need be. The room comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, and a walk-in closet. The bathroom will be shared with the other guest bedroom, which is also being sublet.

The house has a large living room with flatscreen TV, back patio with full dining table and loveseat, and an open kitchen with cookware and many appliances. You are free to use any and all rooms during your time at home! However, I ask that you work or attend school outside of the house, as I am an entrepreneur who works from home.

My home is very peaceful and I'd like it to stay that way. No drinking (unless moderate), drugs or drama. I have a very playful and loving Australian terrier named Sawyer, who loves the company of guests, but I'm unable to accommodate any other pets.

The room will rent for $1,400 a month plus $100 utilities. We are located minutes away from Fashion Island, PCH, Corona del Mar, and Balboa Island. This would be a perfect home base for anyone who wants to experience what Orange County has to offer. I'm looking for about a 9 month sublease agreement, and we can discuss a longer lease after that if all goes well.
