2/1 in midtown. updated

Description

My girlfriend and I have a 2/1 in midtown, right near the habersham village. It has hardwood floors throughout, a garage for storage and a fenced in back yard. The room is 13x13 with a decent sized closet. There is an updated bathroom that is shared. We also have 2 cats and a well behaved labrador, We have met our limit on animals, So we cannot accept anymore, sorry.

We are pretty quiet and rarely go out. We both work full time, and just like to come home and watch a movie and cook dinner. We would like our roomate to not be a big partier and be respectful of the residence, thanks for looking
