October rent FREE - Move in today

Hello, I have a 1 bedroom apartment located at 202 Pierce street. I am currently signed on to the lease, but I decided to not return to Purdue this semester so I never got to move in to the apartment. It is a very nice space, the bedroom has hardwood flooring, and it's in a perfect location. The lease could be transferred immediately.
