Hello, we are looking for a 5th roomate. We are all guys attending concordia university and need our 5th room filled. It is the first floor of a house along with a large basement. The house is furnished except for your room. Large kitchen, dining, and living room aswell as 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower. There is also a small backyard to hangout at. Our house is a 5 minute walk from Frontenac station. for a quick reply to come check out our place. Rent is 420 before utilities and internet. English/french speaker. Washer and dryer included.

Bonjour, nous sommes a la recherche d'un 5eme collocataire. nous sommes 4 mec étudiants à concordia. Nous habitons le 1ere etage d'une maison pres de Frontenac ( 5 min du metro). La maison est meublée a l'exeption de la 5eme chambre, avec une grande cuisine, salle a mangé et un salon. Il y a 2 toilettes dont un avec une douche. nous avons un enorme sous sol et une petite terrase a l'arriere. Le loyé est de 420 CAD$ par mois sans hydro quebec et internet. nous avons un lave linge et seche linge. Vous pouvez nous envoyer un pour venir visiter. Nous parlons anglais et francais.
