Hi there!

My name is Morgan, I'm 25 years old, female, and I'm newer to Austin. My current roommate has to relocate to Dallas for her job, so I'm looking for a new roommate to take over the master bedroom in our lovely two bedroom apartment at Cielo Apartments on South Lamar.

The apartment is beautiful, brand new, a great size, located on the fourth floor of the building with a balcony great for sitting out and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The complex is in a fantastic location: 10-15 min drive to downtown Austin and walking distance to several restaurants and bars in the area, including the 24-hour diner Kerbey Lane. Some of the complex's amenities include a gym, an office center, a gated parking garage, a gorgeous pool equipped with plenty of gas grills and seating areas, a pool lounge and kitchen, a super nice clubroom for hosting gatherings, and a courtyard with ping pong and picnic tables.

A little about me: Again, I'm 25 years old. Last October I moved to Austin from New York City after completing my Masters degree at NYU, but I am originally from the south. I work at a hotel in the downtown Austin area typically 4 to 5 days a week, and mostly nights, so if you have a normal 9-5pm job, you'll have the apartment to yourself most evenings. But I would love a roommate who is willing to hang out on an occasional shared day off. I love reading (so the apartment has plenty of books), yoga, kayaking, seeing movies at Alamo Drafthouse, and hitting up Austin's best happy hours :)

The rent for the apartment is $2,230 a month, but we are only asking $1,000 and the master bedroom is all yours if you want it! I'm hoping to find a roommate within the 23-35 age range--easygoing, friendly, organized and reliable.
