room for rent in 2/2

Description

This apartment is located near the sawgrass mills mall and is a 2/2. Looking for a female roommate to take over for my roommate who is moving out in November. The room has its own bathroom connected and large walk in closet. I will have the larger bedroom, but I pay $100 more for us both to share the garage/ driveway.

The apartment does not come furnished, but the room fits a queen sized bed comfortable with extra room. My current roommate will be taking the living room furniture, so if you have some that works great! Utilities roughly run $200 more a month but are definitely more during the summer when it's hotter.

Looking for a female who is either in school or working full time. I generally am up by 630 am and work 9-5 pm. We also have a security system installed in our apartment.

We pay for cable, Internet, water and electric . Valet trash is included in our rent.
