Large 2 bdrm/ 1 1/2 bath townhouse in quiet, safe, and centrally located neighborhood on the water. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in exclusive Coral Ridge Isles neighborhood. Back door opens up to intracoastal. 2 pools and on laundry. Centrally located east of Dixie, west of US1. Only a few miles from beach and I95. Looking for 1 female roommate only. Sorry, no exceptions. Working professional or student would be ideal. Must be kid & pet friendly as I have a 9 year old boy & 1 cat, and 1 dog. Willing to discount rent for extra help around the house. IE; laundry, dishes, walking dog, occasionally picking my son up from aftercare...... I am a single professional mother and work long hours. My son attends school and aftercare so we are really only home on the weekends. Need someone reliable, honest, and trustworthy. References required. No wild partiers or frequent guests. You must be neat and organized and pick up after yourself. This is a house share situation so we have to be compatible and be able to co-exist. I know I must sound like a square Nazi ruler, but I just want to make sure I find the right roommate. I'm actually pretty laid back and a lot of fun.
