Calm & Tranquil: 1.75 from beach

You MUST work FULL-TIME in an office or out-of-home environment. NO "work-at-home" jobs. No Exceptions. I work at home and from past experiences, I've found it very difficult to have people in the home during standard work-time hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon-Fri). You will be sharing bathroom 3rd roommate, who is Female and is a very clean person.

Condo is 2.5 miles from to Camp Pendleton. 1.5 miles to the beach. 5 minutes from a freeways (78, 76 and 5). 25 minutes from Orange County and 25 minutes from north San Diego.

Background and credit check required, of which you will need to pay the fee (range $25 - $45) I'm looking for someone who is clean (and will clean their share of the common area and the bathroom they use), respectful, responsible, have their act together (job security) and pay rent on time (without me having to ask every month). Someone who's mature, positive minded, and gets along well with others. My home is open to good peaceful energy, not negative depressing personalities.

Large window to enjoy ocean breezes. The room (11x14) with a extra large closet (9' feet long and 3' deep). Painted a calm and tranquil blue. Assigned parking space bi-monthly (shared with the other roommate). Very quite community. One small dog lives here, so you MUST be okay with dogs. Sorry other animals/pets permitted. No SMOKING (not even is it's outside), No DRUGS, No 420, No Foul Language and No Overnight Guests.
