I am renting out a room in my house in the Mt. Prospect area. This is a month to month rental agreement. I am asking for $550 a month for the rent & a $550 security deposit. The room for rent is fully furnished. Your rent will include full access to the whole house. It has central-air conditioning , high speed internet , washer/dryer & cable t.v....You pay for no utilities , that is included in your rent !!!! It is furnished so there is a very nice bed in your room, a nice T. V & top of the line linens & down pillows !!! This is a very nice quite home in a very nice neighborhood of Mt. Prospect...Minutes away from down town Mt. Prospect Metro Station & very close to the airport...Main cross street's are Busse/Golf & Central/Busse. The neighborhood is safe & very nice !!!

The tenant that has been renting from me for the last 2 years has just given me his 30 day notice, so move in can be August 24th !!! Hate to see him go & am hoping I can find the right person who was just like him !!!

I am looking for someone who is gainfully employed !! Must work day's !!! Must be a CLEAN & RESPECTFUL person !!! Must not drink !!! Must not smoke !! Non-Drug User !!!! There is no coming & going of any guest !!! The room for rent is for you only !!! Sorry, I love pet's but, No Pets are allowed !!!

MUST HAVE EXCELLENT PERSONAL REFERENCES !!!! NO CRIMINAL RECORD !!!!
