Hi there :) my name is Luki. I have a spare room to rent out in my apartment. The apartment is located in south Denver ( near Wardsworh and 285). It has good access to the walking/bike path of Bear Creek Open Space.
Bill: $680/month (including parking and wifi), we will split utilities bill ( including electricity, gas and the tax that's associated with it) You will have your own bathroom (unless we have guests over then you may need to share) There will be a lease for you to sign so it protects both parties as well as a $400 deposit.
