Spring 2016 sublet needed

Description

We are looking for a sublet for the coming spring 2016 semester. The housing will be from January 2016 to May 2016. If housing is needed for the summer the contract can be extended. The apartment is fully furnished with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Currently there are girls living in the apartment. However, two of us will be studying abroad during the spring semester. We will only be subletting one spot which means you will share a room and a bathroom with one girl! In addition to the room and closest space you will have, there is a closest in the hall and large armiore in the living room for you to use. We are all very active with Penn State participating in activities such as THON, homecoming, club field hockey, and other social festivities. However, school is very important to us all as well. With that being said each room provides a desk for each and we are all very respectful about doing work and studying while in the apartment. We are open to meeting and showing off the apartment before any commitments.
