A shared kitchen is upstairs. A parking space is available. Utilities are included. The house is on a beautiful, quiet, green street with many parks around, the closest is 2 minute walk. Very safe neighborhood. 13 minutes walk to the Great Neck train station. 35 minutes on the train to Penn Station NYC. 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and 15 minute walk to the town center. I’m a musician, I live on the ground floor with two children. I am looking for a quiet single female tenant, somebody who will not bring guests and play loud music, preferably someone who could also babysit my children after 4 pm.
